NACSCOM Participation in International Conference

One the invitation of HelpAge International, Datul Lum as President of NACSCOM attended the following important Conferences:-

Bali Regional Conference on Ageing - 14th-16th October 2008

At the Bali Regional Conferences on Ageing held on 14th-16th October 2008, a group of experienced elderly citizens aged 70 years and above included Datuk Lum were invited to deliberate on various issues such as income security, health services, living in dignity during old age. All the proposals were properly documented for implementation for the whole of Asia.


Jakarta Conference on Age Friendlly Cities -25th-26th November 2008

Jakarta Conferences on Age Friendly Cities which was held on 25th-26th November 2008, Datuk Lum spoke well among all the intellectuals and majority of them were professors. They were especially interested in leaarning from Datuk Lum's experiences on how to get Government support for the elderly.


Chiangmai Conference on Sosial Pension held on 21st January 2009

At the Chiangmai Conference on Sosial Pension held on 21st January 2009, Datuk Lum presented the the topics well based on his ideas and experiences. The delegates paid great respect to NACSCOM and they were especially keen on how t get Government assistance for the senior citizens.
